Hampton Inn Frederick

This place suits me perfectly! It offers free wi-fi, 24-hour reception, and a great fitness center. On my first stay, the staff gave me the best local taxi tip. I'm coming back for Christmas!

Comfortable , clean, well located for our needs. Reasonably priced.

The room was fairly quiet and the view of the mountains was nice. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, and it was convenient to have a microwave oven, tea/coffee making equipment and a refrigerator. The location was marvellous - close to a movie theater and bars.

The location was in a good place.

To begin with the room was not clean. No disposable bags in the bathroom for 2 out of 4 days I stayed. The sink was dirty and with black mold. I had to go to a store and buy some Clorox wipes to clean and disinfectant the sink...gross really gross. The phone room was not working, when we notified it the fixed next day. The bedroom surroundings were extremely dirty with mold around the drawers and walls. We notified it as well and the 2 front desk clerk ignored or complaint and they did not passed the complaint to the manager.

Bed was very comfortable

Had a lot of people staying there (bikers) and there wasn't enough food.

The staff was friendly and the room a nice size.

Bathroom had a sewer smell.

Breakfast service slow to replenish items.

Nice pool. Staff very accommodating. Nice size room with refrigerator and microwave.

We were traveling with our sons high school age baseball team. None of the boys rooms were serviced after their first night. NOT COOL. Had to inquire at the desk twice to get the job done. They were very nice about it but offered no explanation.

My kids wished the pool area was a bit larger to accommodate more families at once.

Asked front desk for receipt when checking out and they would not give me one,they told me that booking .com would send me a receipt.i asked again and they refused

Housekeeping came really late (3:30) the first day thinking the room was empty! Housekeeping came very early the next day,the day we were leaving, and woke me up! If check-out isn't until noon, then don't come in until you KNOW that I've checked out.

Front desk staff was great. Rooms were clean and large enough to not feel cramped.

Beds were super comfy, breakfast had a great variety of items. Loved the fruit water in the lobby it was a big hit.

Couldn't log on to the WiFi. Not allowed a cot in double queen room and was not notified ahead of check in.

Proximity to restaurants and highway, as we were traveling through. Comfortable bed and pillows.

Noise from the outside social area. From the 2nd floor the talking and laughing outside past 10PM was annoying. I was traveling with 2 small children and we wanted to get to sleep early. Didn't help that the window did not close tight which let most of the noise in.
